YOU ARE NO TO “JUDGE”

Today i am writing about a story of not just one person but directly or indirectly of every person who somewhere feel not worthy of love and lack confidence so keep on uttering its ok to be imperfect .

But this one person feel nothing is imperfect its just a line which has been choked into our heads and throats to utter again and again . We all are born to be different and we should embrace it rather than comparing it to others. No matter what ethnicity you belong to, what color you are or what size you wear or you are rich or poor. It’s a fight of equality, it’s a fight of understanding the versatility and embracing us all the way we are.

So here i am going to introduce you to a Soul Who is Inspiring the whole world and spreading awareness and positivity among all .She is The Person who is supporting those who are being demoralise by society.I really feel Proud and Insipred after Meeting A Pure Soul

She is BALJINDER KHINDA,
people know her by SAAREEN KHINDA

She is Really an Amazing Soul
Lets Take a look of Our Discussion with

” BODY POSITIVITY INFLUENCER”

BALJINDER KHINDA

Q1. ” When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.” Your comments on this.

• That’s perfectly true when you judge other in actual you are defining yourself because a person only see or analysize things from their own perception, if a person is positive they would think positive of others and someone is negative they think negative of the other person who is even positive , so for me if you are beautiful inside you will see beauty all around.

Q2. Why do people judge everyone? What you think is the main reason(s) for it.

•People judge others because first when they were child either during their upbringing they grew up in society which has been commenting negative about others and second there is strong possibility that they were betrayed somewhere and that negative has stayed with them.

Q3. Can you share any
incidence from your life, where you were being judged and how you reacted to it.

•So I happen to be a person who is wide structured and fat. I remember people never use to talk to me as they thought I must be very aggressive and blunt and I might will be abusive but as I started talking to them they told me you are exactly opposite to what we have been thinking about you so yeah outlook is really deceptive . Never judge a book by its cover.

Q4. What according to you can lead to a judgement free world.

•So as per my experience if we brought up our kids in such enviorment where we don’t talk bad about others and teach our kids all people are different and we should embrace it. That will actually lead to judgement free world. Education start from your family and that too from childhood.

Q5. Who are you to judge how someone else should be? What do you think on thism

•I am completely in the favor of this statement, as i discussed in my previous answers our world consist different kinda people, who look different and think differently. We should embrace the difference rather than asking them to be as people asked them to be. That’s the actual phenomenon of my personal blog on instagram that we should embrace ourselves no matter what our size, ethnicity or how different we are.

Q6. What do you do when you feel judged by someone else.

• I try to stay away people from who judge each other and if I ever strike conversation with them I request them to have broad spectrum of thinking

Q7. Does the thought of being judged stop you from doing something that you want to.

• No, not at all, it actually made my instincts and goals more stronger.

Q8. Never judge others, you don’t know their stories… Do you agree.

• I completely agree, everyone have their own path of life.

Q9. There are many people who have that constant fear of being judged by the way they look or act or even speak. What you would like to address to them.

• Be yourself , be confident and know your path that’s it, keep doing what you want.

Q10. What you want to say to girls ?
How to stay strong and love Yourself.

•First of all stop saying we are imperfect no not at all, we all are freaking perfect so you want to know how? Lemme explain you this : their entire beauty agenda and social standards are a pretty planned shit. People get influenced by celebrities and these girls they come under the stress of looking as beautiful as them, I been into Bollywood as fashion stylist and I know how expensive it is to maintain them selves, these celebs they get business just beacuse of their looks. Their are ladies who think of this actress got sucha smooth skin and if she is endorsing any beauty brand she must have got this smooth skin just with products thats complete lie, they get injections and surgery to get their skin tightened, they get expensive dietians and personal trainer to reach there goals – do a normal person can afford that? No the answer is no. So stop falling for the so called standards and start believing in yourself and on your instincts and have faith in yourself. If you want others to love you than you need to start loving yourself , if you can’t do that than believe no one else would love you. It all starts from us.

Here are some Ways , How can we become less judgmental?

● Don’t blame yourself

●Be mindful

●Look for basic goodness

●Repeat the mantra, “Just like me.” Remember, we are more alike than different.

●Look at your own behavior●Educate yourself

●Love Yourself

● Don’t Underestimate OthersAnd finally, remember that judging a person does not define who they are, it defines who You are.

Thanks
