Most parents work to give children the best start possible, but it’s also important for parents to recognize that kids come into the world with their own temperaments, personalities, and goals. While parents may want to push their child down a certain path, a parents’ job is to provide an interface with the world that ultimately prepares a child for complete independence and the ability to pursue whatever path they choose.

In a rapidly changing world, parenting can be subject to fads and changing styles, and parenting in some privileged circles has become a competitive sport.

But the needs of child development as delineated by science remain relatively stable: safety, structure, support, and love.Parenting or child rearing is the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child from infancy to adulthood.

Parenting refers to the intricacies of raising a child and not exclusively for a biological relationship.

Dr. Ishinna Sadana is a Parenting Expert and Counselor. with a Ph.D in Human Development
from PAU. Having completed her M.Sc. in Human Development and Childhood Studies from

Dr. Ishinna Sadana runs a centre by the name of New Insights where she takes personal
counseling sessions for parents and children. Dr. Sadana also conducts workshops for parents
on various issues to help them connect better with their children as she believes in building
bridges between parents and children enabling them to solve problems on their own.

What is Parenting counseling

●Parenting is an overwhelming experience. Parents face various challenges at different stages
and ages of children. Counseling gives an opportunity to parents to discuss and share with a qualified professional what’s going on in their family – it gives them a safe place of non-judgment and confidentiality – no matter what they are going through. Parent counseling
guides and helps parent in resolving their issues, dealing with their own anger and frustration. It
aims to empower parents with tools and strategies to effectively deal with their children and
connect with them. Moreover counseling is always tailored to whatever needs and struggles
the parent is facing.

What is good parenting

●Good parenting is reflected by the parent’s behaviour. There is nothing as a perfect ‘parent’, it’s
how you connect with your child, understand his/her needs, help him/her to thrive and
ultimately guide them in becoming their best version.

We cannot control children’s behaviour, it’s the child’s job to change and control
himself/herself. But a connection can be maintained through empathy, calm approach and understanding the needs and feelings underlying the child’s behaviour and this can definitely give the parent some influence in the child’s behaviour.

How to provide happy and positive environment to child

●Parents put so much effort in providing their children with material comforts in an endeavour
to make them happy but the fact is that a happy and positive environment is one where
children know that they are loved no matter what and are accepted the way they are.

Also, children are watching us and constantly and learning from what we are doing in front of
them. There are always ups and downs in life, but it’s important to display good ways of
celebrating success and happy moments while showing healthy ways of dealing with the struggles, conflicts and failures. The environment at home plays a very crucial role in shaping the personality of the child.

How to deal with stubborn behaviour of children

● First of all we should remember that all behaviour is just non-verbal communication. Children’s
behaviour is the tip of the ice-berg—there are a lot of layers underneath– the reasons because of which that particular behaviour is manifesting – we need to look past the behaviour and touch the underneath layers – these layers may consist of unexpressed feelings, unmet needs
or emotions that child is unable to handle.

So, when a child is acting stubborn – we need to find that emotion and connect with him/her by
empathizing with the child.

Let the child know that you really understand what he or she is
feeling through your words, tone and attitude. Remaining calm is very essential. And then of
course, you have to calmly put down the rule or the boundary and let them know the reason for the boundary. And instantly after that give them some options or ways in which they can follow these rules – so they don’t feel powerless in that situation.

How to deal with tantrums in children

● Unlike adults, children cannot regulate emotions. It’s important for parents stay calm and not
to add on to the chaos during the child’s tantrum. Most important is never to give in to the tantrum – if we do it once or twice then our children learn that in order to get something

tantrums sometimes work and so they try it everytime. This leads to an increase in the frequency and intensity of tantrums.
It’s important to explore the needs and emotions under the behaviour – is the child hungry, tired, lonely, over excited? We must empathize, acknowledge and connect with their feelings
and let the tantrum pass.

Now a days Screen (Phone &Gadget) have become an essential part of life. How to prevent
children from gadgets

● We need to realize that screen and gadgets are a part of our lives now and we can’t separate
our children completely from gadgets. But we can be is conscious and cautious. Parents can do
this by:

1. Being vigilant about the quantity as well as the quality of screen time.

2. Making clear rules about screen time with the help of the child. Children should be a
part of making rules. These rules should be followed calmly and consistently.

3. Managing our own screen time in front of children.

4. Involving children in different activities, replacing screen time with hobbies or interests.

5. Helping children explore activities beyond screen time to break their boredom.

Children don’t speak bad words, they speak heard words. Dispute with spouse affects children
behaviour. How to avoid this situation

● Though it is better for both parents to agree to the same parenting styles and be on the same
page while dealing with children sometimes disputes are bound to happen.

A few points that
parents can keep in mind are:

1. Display good conflict resolution styles.

2. Children should not be put in a position to take sides.

3. Children should not be able to manipulate parents because of their disputes. Parenting
should be teamwork.

4. Even if one parent does not agree with the other parent’s parenting style – remember
both parents have equal rights with their children and it’s important to do your bit and
remember that you can only control your own behaviour.

How to deal with angry or hopeless child

● Children go through different emotions. We need to let them know, it’s okay to feel what they
are feeling. We need to accept their emotions and give them a non-judgemental space to express these. It’s very important to talk to them and listen to them and help them to

understand their own feelings. This helps the parent in connecting with the child and also develops emotional quotient in children. After this connection, the parent can discuss
alternative ways of thinking and looking at the situations and show them alternative ways of
expressing emotions.

How to motivate and spread positivity in a child

● Children should be accepted the way they are. Parents need to believe in them and convey that
belief in their behaviour, words and tone. Children need to listen to good things about themselves, the things that they can do instead of what they can’t do. So the trick is that we
should praise children way more that we correct them or criticize them. And of course, we need to be good role models ourselves.

Children should be given responsibilities according to their age.Tthere should be a balance
between providing for them and letting them earn some facilities to keep the motivation alive.
It’s important for parents to help children take their own decisions and in this way empower them to deal with their problems and feelings.

How to maintain a positive relationship between parent and child

● Parents should remember that their job is to love the child no matter what. I always suggest my
clients have five positive interactions for every negative interaction that they have with their children. Also, they need to have realistic expectations from their children. Adopting positive
discipline techniques is extremely important which I talk about in my workshops.

Maintaining a positive connect with the child should be the priority and remember ‘connection
gives you influence’.

A message to Parents

● I want to say this to parents that although times have changed with the advent of technology,
media, changed family set ups and therefore so have the challenges in parenting, trust me, your parenting techniques have a big role in shaping the personality of your children and you should not underestimate that.

It’s true that we can’t control and change the children’s behaviour but
with the right parenting approach and by making a positive connect we can go a long way in
giving them a gentle nudge in the right direction. Many a times I have heard parents saying ‘if only I knew this I would have handled things differently with my kids’. So please keep taking this knowledge through workshops or personal or group parenting sessions and empower yourself.
Remember we get only one chance in a life time for raising a kid right and it’s the most important job of our life.
So, let’s walk towards happier parenting, leading towards happier children.

Thank you

Interview with Archana Puran Singh

Archana Puran Singh has been a prominent face in Bollywood.

For years, she has made us laugh in various avatars… Be it Miss Braganza from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Preeto from Mohabbatein or even Zohra in Bol Bachchan.

Even in negative roles, especially in films like Raja Hindustani, Archana’s presence is always felt.

Speaking of presence, India’s Laughter Queen returns to her throne as a judge on the highly successful comic show, Comedy Circus.

In a very candid tete-a-tete, Archana discusses what it feels like to be back on the show, her career and much more.

Today it is My Pleasure to Have a beautiful Conversation With

Archana Puran Singh

After being a celebrity what all you have learned about life

◆ I have learned that God gives you success with a responsibility. Your responsiblity is to remain humble and to help others who are not as blessed as you are.

Can you please share little about your first experience in Mumbai and how you started your career here

◆ The story of my coming to Bombay has been told hundreds of time. I came to Bombay when it was still Bombay and not Mumbai.

Just like its name much has changed in this city, some good, some bad. But I’ve made this city my karmabhoomi and it has given me a family, a home, a career, fans and a successful and happy life. I couldn’t have asked for more.

What are the challenges you had faced in your Jouney

◆ There were many challenges! The challenge was how to keep busy even when you’re waiting for the phone to ring, waiting for the call from a producers office. The challenge was to survive …. a young girl from a small town, alone in a big city. I turned 21 in this city, alone, no friends

I literally learnt to fend for myself here. Grew up here in the real sense. There were many other challenges which every newcomer faces, the challenge of earning enough to survive, make friends, get a break! So many.

Who had supported you in your Journey and what motivated you to pursue your career in the entertainment field.

◆ My parents were my biggest support. They encouraged me, especially my dad. He said if you’re convinced of something in yourself you owe it to yourself to go out there and become something.

He supported me financially also till I started earning. He also bought me my first apartment in Bombay. Unfortunately he isn’t alive anymore. I owe my entire career to his support , emotional and financial.

You was born at a Beautiful Place ‘ Dehradun’ which is called “City of Love”
How you would describe Dehradun

◆ I didn’t know Dehradun is called the city of love. I’ve always heard it being referred to as the “town with green hedges and grey hair”. It was a great place for retired people. And all houses were lined with green hedges. Hence the definition. The Dehradun of my childhood was indeed the green, peaceful, picturesque, sleepy little town it is famous as.

However over the years it has become the capital city of Uttarakhand and even though it has gained in importance and strategic significance it has lost much in beauty. Traffic congests the small town lanes and many rivers run dry. However it is still one of the best cities to live in… it is home. It is perfect. There can be no place like Dehradun. They say you can take a person out of Doon but NEVER take Doon out of the person.

Having worked in Movies, Television, Reality shows , which is your best experience

◆ After being a judge on a reality show for so long I realise how much I love acting in films and in series. My first love is acting. However I have enjoyed all phases of my career. Being in front of the camera is a high no actor can ever get enough of.

I have loved playing iconic characters like Ms.Braganza on film, Prema Shalini on tv, and right now I am happy being an integral part of an iconic show like The Kapil Sharma Show.

How does it feel to be back on TV after a long time
as a Judge in “The Kapil Sharma Show”

◆ I am happy being an integral part of an iconic show like The Kapil Sharma Show.

it feels great to be back on this show. It’s the same team as Comedy Circus. Almost all the actors and creative team has already collaborated with me on Comedy Circus. So I feel totally at home.

Even today people Remember you as Miss Braganza, Does this at least give you a sense of satisfaction as an Actor.

Ms Braganza gave me immortality in the memories of moviegoers. This only happens to very lucky actors.

I am surprised just how much people love this character and consequently me. It is gratifying to say the least

You had lent your voice to ZETA in Angry Bird 2 ,
how was that experience

◆ Giving my voice to the character of Zeta in Angry Birds 2 was a unique and unforgettable experience. It gave me the chance to create a character with ONLY my voice, something I’ve never done before. It was both challenging and creatively rewarding. I want to do more of this kind of work. I enjoyed it so much !!

What advice you would like to give to upcoming youth in the field of Acting.

◆ Today’s youth is empowered. It is dynamic. Very motivated. And today there are many platforms for aspiring actors to showcase their talent. If one is really determined to become an actor has a modicum of talent then there are hundreds of casting agencies which are giving great opportunities to the youth today to reach the eyes of producers who are looking for talent. So my advice is go out there, learn the craft of acting from a reputed school (there are quite a few) and then register yourself with casting agencies and agents. It’s a simple process now. ( In our time there were no such agencies or avenues. ) Many actors are being discovered through this simple process. Good luck

Thank you

शशक्त महिला के गुण ;

We are no Different

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS, polycystic ovary syndrome) is a relatively common hormonal disorder that causes a number of different symptoms in women of reproductive age. Common to all women with PCOS is an irregularity in the menstrual cycle and the presence of excess male hormones (androgens).
The condition was named because of the finding of enlarged ovaries containing multiple small cysts (polycystic ovaries). Although most women with PCOS have polycystic ovaries, some affected women do not.

Symptoms of PCOS

PCOS leads to disruptions in the menstrual cycle that typically begin around the onset of Puberty. Menstrual cycles may be normal at first and then become irregular, or the onset of menses may be delayed. The menstrual irregularities of PCOS are accompanied by a lack of Ovulation so affected women may experience Infertility. The desire for Pregnancy is a factor that prompts many women with PCOS to first seek medical attention.

An increase in the production of androgens (male hormones) by the ovaries in PCOS may lead to excess hair growth in areas suggesting a male pattern, known as hirsutism. Thick, pigmented hair growth occurs on the upper lip, chin, and on the lower abdomen. Excess androgens can also lead to acne and male pattern balding.

Because of the absence or reduction in ovulation, women with PCOS have reduced levels of the hormone progesterones(normally produced after ovulation in the second half of the menstrual cycle). This can result in growth stimulation of the endometrium (lining tissues of the uterus), leading to dysfunctional uterine bleeding breakthrough bleeding. Increased stimulation of the endometrium in the absence of progesterone production is a risk factor for the development of endometrial hyperplasia and uterine Cancer.

Women with PCOS have also been reported to have an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes, and many studies have shown abnormal blood lipid levels and elevated levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), a predictor of coronary artery disease. The combination of type 2 diabetes, elevated cholesterol and LDL levels, and elevated CRP levels suggest an increased risk of coronary heart disease on women with PCOS, although this risk has not yet been scientifically established.

PCOS Treatments

There are a number of treatments that have been shown to be effective in the treatment of PCOS. Treatment is dependent upon the stage of the woman’s life and may be directed toward establishing regular menstrual cycles, controlling abnormal uterine bleeding, controlling excess hair growth, management of associated conditions such as insulin resistance, or promoting the chances of pregnancy when desired.

A number of medical conditions may be associated with PCOS, and treatment may be required that is directed at these co-existent conditions. Associated conditions that may require specific medical treatments include:

  • type 2 diabetes
  • insulin resistance

ESHA SINGH – उम्र छोटी निशाना बड़ा

Esha Singh, a 14-year-old, is a new name in the shooting fraternity and yet she has already created a niche for herself among legendsISSF) Junior (U-21) World Cup campaign in Suhl, Germany.

The gold went to reigning champion Sevval Ilayda Tarhan of Turkey, with a score of 241.8, with Singh scoring a 236.6. Yasemin Beyza Yilmaz of Turkey won the bronze with a score of 215.4.

Last year, the new shooting prodigy was felicitated as the national champion, after she bettered India’s best—Heena Sidhu and Manu Bhaker to win three gold medals at the 62nd National Shooting Championships.

Esha from Telangana won the Women’s, Youth Women’s and Junior Women’s 10m Air Pistol competitions.
Her father, Sachin Singh, is a former rally driver. “While growing up, all I would see and hear was bikes and cars with my father competing in various rallies. He made me try go-carting initially, but I did not find it exciting. But when I went to a range for the first time, I liked the idea of Pistol Shooting.
Winning the senior national title is like winning a rally and I could see the same kind of adrenalin rush in my father’s eyes when I won. He left rallying to support me and this medal is for him

Esha’s first coach in Pune was Hiren Jaiswal. “When she first came to train under me, she was like a normal 10-year-old. Normally, we start training at the age of 10 .
She started young and soon realised the importance of mental training.

She wrote “Well most of the secrets are related to serial abuse. Got abused by a family member and surprisingly, I realized it after years.”

The story of this Bengaluru contestant abused by her own family member will break your heart.

Let’s Talk to

Pooja Sharma “

Yesterday you used to watch Roadies Stars as your Inspiration .
But today you yourself are a star.
How do you feel being a roadie star.

• Roadies is my Favourite show from starting.
I love to watch it from starting and i got inspiration from there to live my life and follow my Dreams.
and Today After Being a Part of Roadies I am feeling so Happy and Proud.
because when a dream is fulfilled, it is always a glorious feeling.
So , This was my Dream to be A Roadie

If we spend enough time dreaming, then the dream might eventually become real.

Who is a Real Roadie according to you.

•Real Roadie is the one who can Survive in the Toughest Conditions which are out of confort zone.
Roadies is known by its name.
A person Sensible and able to face any Situation without any fear .

What are you most passionate about in Life.

•My passion is Fitness as Everyone knows i am into Fitness from a long Time.
I am a Person who like to do more of creative work .
I always wants to do something challenging and new in my Life .

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.

After Being a part of Roadies, what all did you learned thereafter?
What are the Drastic Changes which makes you different from others.

•The best lesson I have learned from my life is to Never give up in any situation.

We have to face every situation with smile

To understand every part of life is have hurdles

And we have to face the hurdles and overcome them and succeed in life

On my way to culling, to be honest I was all excited to show what all I earned during this time. I worked extremely hard for culling because wanted to something which no one ever did before, wanted to blow mind. I work 6-7 hours everyday to perform for culling. For me it was not just about getting into journey but about performing what I worked for. I never believe in comparing myself with anyone. I always consider on being best version of me. If I can do that, that’s my winning situation. If I get anything more than I will be just happy n will work for my next goal. I was also worried about what if I don’t get in, but in the end this life is your journey ups and downs are part of it. Every moment I will learn.

Actions speak louder than words, and your success must be the answer to a lot many.
How do you feel about this.

•We are never satisfied what we had Achieved and what we are today .

I always want to become more better, better and better and ACHIEVE more in my life

I am never satisfied with myself where I am today .

So yet the best part of my life is remaining to Achieve.

I want to achieve more in my life.

What has been your biggest struggle and your biggest milestone in the journey of Roadies.

•During Roadies Journey the biggest struggle is to Survive in the Conditions which a contestant have to face during the Journey.
The difficult phase is when we have to deal with Different kinds of people and to live with them under same roof that is the most difficult part of Journey.

But it is the wonderful phase of life , there we can learn how to fight , survive and how to deal with Situations.
An amazing Part of my life .

Would you Share you Flab To Fab Journey with us.

•Flab to fab is the Journey which is My Transformation journey.
Only losing Weight is not Transformation , but i regard it is as Happy Hormone.

It’s not about a body type.
“If you guys wondering why ‘Flab to fab’. Flabtofab doesn’t mean that I shaped my body certain way and that made me fab.

There are so many times I sat in corner and cried, felt like dying. But you know what inside me there was always a voice “why you have to kill yourself because of someone’s mistakes ? Or because someone is bullying you? I am strong enough to deal with these sets of “a**h**es”, I am special to me. And when nobody is there to hear me, I know how to talk to me ana share my story to myself and find solution for me And that’s my fab journey.

What is the Hardest Time of Your Life which you faced and which compelled you to make become a Real Life Fighter.

• It was a period for such a long time in my life, dealing with emotional and physical abuse as a kid and no one to share. I know many of you who are reading this might have gone through what I am posting and feeling like to die inside since you have no one to share your story and understand.

I know things haunt for years together and we often ask questions “why me?” Isn’t it? So lemme tell you whatever happens in life is for a reason. Such incidents made me stronger. I no longer have regrets about things “like why me” instead I feel it happened and “I am glad I know how to deal with it now, I came out of it.

What you want to say about that Thinking of Some People who judge Girls by Clothes.

•Why character is always related to size of cloth? Or Does really covering full body makes a difference? Answer is No! Most of us would have faced issues even after being covered up top to toe isn’t it? Eyes on us like they can see through clothes, which makes us feel like “Kuch dikh rha h kya ?”

Looking for a chance every time “SHE” bends areee kya pta kuch dikh hi jaye. Stop being judgemental about clothes. It’s your body my choice who you are to tell me? If something has to be changed it’s you, your thought about woman. It’s never about the size of clothes it’s about how he or she is been raised up? Reason I am including “She” here is because there are also set of woman who provokes such things. This is not to offend anyone, I totally understand all men aren’t like this but unfortunately number of men who aren’t like this is very small.

Even after so much progress still a girl is much exposed to cruelty and evilness. What is the root cause for the same according to you.

•There is still a long way to go to achieve full equality of rights and opportunities between men and women. It is essential to achieve equal opportunities in access to employment and to positions of leadership and decision-making at all levels.

We choose our clothes based on how comfortable we are in them and how they make us feel. Not everyone is going to feel great in the same things, which is fine. But when someone finds a style that works for them, they’re happy about it.
the society is judgmental. It sucks. I’m not saying that everyone is judgmental, but a handful of people are. That’s the harsh truth. Often times, it comes down to the way a woman looks or dresses. But it shouldn’t matter.

Say if a woman is dressed well, people will judge; if she is not dressed that well, people will judge too. You can never win. But it shouldn’t have to be that way

We should give education at small age then this problem can be reduced.

How can Fitness Activity mould girls and make them strong enough to fight evils.

• Fitness can be used as a Tool to become Confident and Strong to face the Society and to Survive.
Every girl should become fit and Confident to Face any Situation.

Please address a message to all the girls out there.

•Be that strong girl that everyone knew would make it through the worst. Be that fearless girl the one would dare to do anything. Be that independent girl, who doesn’t need a man. Be that girl who never backed down.

Pooja is all about fitness. She even dispels the myth that working out during periods is bad. She says physical activity can help regulate irregular periods when combined with the right diet. It also reduces stress, cramps and even alleviates mood, because of the release of ‘happy hormones’ called endorphins.

Thank You

Pooja Sharma

Meshu ( Delhi media president)

Deepain Bhudiraja , Himanshu Nagrwal , as some of the members who are Providing their help.

They want to bring Safety, Enhance Fraternity, Improve Education System , & Opportunities to both Genders.

They share a common dream – a world where every child is showered with love and is given opportunities for their bright future; a world where no child’s innocence is marred by the horrors of child labour.
They want to see the Child in Schools not in Factories.

Animals are not provided food even people beat them But ,
Himajli Foundation is Protecting Animals also .

Despite being the capital of India, Delhi has over 4 million people living in makeshift homes in slums that are overcrowded, lack adequate water supply, sanitation, and security. Children of these slum dwellers often do not get access to basic education and instead have to start working to support their family. At such a tender age, they are forced to grow up in a haste and suffer the loss of their childhood and innocence. They are taken advantage of by employers who use them as cheap labour. United Nations recognises the deprivation of these resources to be a violation of fundamental human rights. It is not just the responsibility of the government to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

It is the duty of us – The Citizens – to do our bit in ensuring equal advancement of all sections of the society.
If we Start working For this Then No Child will be seen in Factories.

We at Himanjali Foundation,
vowed to put an end to this widespread violation of people’s fundamental rights, especially of women and children residing in the slums of metropolitan cities.

We aim to empower them through education and employment by implementing models of development that are tailored to the needs of the community.

Himanjali has organised programmes such as – Butterfly- Child Welfare and Education (wherein basic education is provided to impoverished children through comprehensive learning methods), Lakshyam Toy Library (wherein the child’s growth is supplemented using educational toys, games and books in an environment which cultivates and encourages the child’s imagination and creativity),

Awakening Women’s soul (wherein women are empowered to generate self-employment and a means of income using training of vocational and professional skills), and Project Aarogya (providing accessible and affordable healthcare to the underprivileged).

Ideaology :

Women in India have to endure many ordeals in their day-to-day lives. For centuries women of all generations have had to struggle to be treated as equals.

Gender inequality is reflected in India’s low ranking on the Gender Inequality Index released by the UNDP, in 2016 India ranked 130 out of 146. Furthermore, UNDP’s Human Development Index (HDI) 2015 highlighted that with respect to gender inequality.

Strategy :

We vowed to bridge the gap created due to centuries of oppression. This is how Himanjli Foundation – Awakening Women’s soul was started.
Beginning from the roots, the first step is to provide remedial education to their children so that they do not live a similar life;

Because the kids are being compelled to work in Factories in Hazardous Condition due to Poverty, Less Support of Family and Less Education.

Also we,

The program is also inclusive of their needs surrounding sanitation and menstrual hygiene.

Health awareness campaigns for women are organized every now and then which range from the importance of iodine in salt to spreading awareness about causes of Breast Cancer.

All the health awareness and Health Check -up programes are organized for those who are not having money for their treatment.

Our purpose of existence is to enhance the lives of disadvantaged children and women, and to offer a positive direction and a healthier approach towards their life.
Himajali Foundation continues to vow a credible, honest, transparent and accountable organization that devotes itself towards a privileged future for the not so priviledged ones.

Thank You

So , Today it is My Pleasure to Have a beautiful Conversation With

◆What Inspires you to Write.

• People around me. I am an artist so observing people carefully is my habit. And my second habit is to throw my first habit on the pages.

◆ Tell us about Your Writing Process.

•It all happens suddenly, suddenly I feel or see something and after a few moments it happens on the pages.

◆ When did you First Realize that you wanted to be a Writer.

• The habit of writing was from childhood, but never thought that I would become a writer.
And in true sense I still do not think that I am a writer, I just have a habit of writing that makes people feel good.

◆ Did your Family Supported you in your Writing, What does they think of your Writing.

• My family has supported me in my every decisions. My mother loves my poems very much.
But she is equally good critic.

◆ What kind of Research you do and how do you spend research before Writing.

• As I mentioned earlier, It all happens suddenly. Seeing things around me gives me some thoughts or some emotions arise. And I write them on the pages.

◆ How and When you Started Writing.

• I had written for a long time but I did my first social media performance on a YouTube channel “The social house”. Since then, I am associated with our own YouTube channel “G Talks”.

◆What do you like to do when you’re not Writing.

love to read books, or r sometime i just do nothing:)

• In our initial period, we often think that will people like what we are writing? Or would they hate it? But it is a writer’s job to write your thoughts freely without worrying about it. If you feel that this is right, then keep up with it.

◆ All your Poems are Amazing. One of best Poem is “Tum Hote Kaun Ho Mujhe Judge Karne Wale” is the satire on those who judge people especially Girls. So, what you want to say to those, and how we can Change that Cheap Mentality of Those.

• I want to say to those people that there is still time to improve. Before the girls rebel. Not all people of the society are like this but still there are some. We are not saying that give us more rights than boys. But at least we should not be considered inferior to boys. We are citizens of that country where the main source of power is a woman (Maa Shakti). That’s why it is the duty of every citizen, that he should make such environment around that a girl feels safe and loving.

◆ What you want to say to Girls .

• This is the first generation of girls which has come out of their homes at such a large level.
I respect all the girls who come out to make their dreams come true, fighting with such small thinking of the society. I would say to all girls that they all have unity among themselves. Do nvot be bad and do not let others to be bad with you.

Thank You

WOMEN : Future of Nation

When the ordinary is extraordinary the world improves. The feminine is pushing humanity forward. We are witnessing historical moments in which women have, increasingly, an outstanding role. Anonymous or famous, whether they appear in the media or not, women are making a difference.
It is a reality that the 2012 Summer Olympics were the Games of Women. For the first time in Olympic history, all delegations had female athletes in their teams -a total of 4,850 athletes, which account for 46% of the participants. A percentage that is a close enough reflection of the 7 billion people that inhabit the planet, of which roughly half are men and half are women. 116 years later. Better late than never. The good news is that the trend was consolidated in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. And in the Spanish team, women won more medals than men.

“Real change happens when we invest in girls. Every year, millions of girls are denied an education at a time when it has the power to transform their lives and the world around them. If a girl is able to make it through primary and secondary education, it can help them break the cycle of poverty and it can help put a stop to early and forced marriage.
So, here i am going to introduce you to a Soul Who is Inspiring Society and spreading awareness and positivity among all .She is The Person who is supporting those who are being demoralise by society.

I really feel Proud and Insipred after Meeting A Pure Soul who proved in DUSU elections by contesting against all the 4 Male candidates that Women’s are effective and women can do Anything.

Who has helped you to get where you are today?

• My family, who helped me at every point and situation to be the one who I am today. They encouraged me to find my own person and own independence.

ABVP, an organization which has given me an identity and opportunity to contest and be the part of Delhi University Students’ Union.

◆How did you learn to embrace failures?

•Failure is an inevitable part of life. Sometimes we learn from our mistakes, and sometimes we just don’t know what went wrong. I have stopped seeing failure as a measure of my self worth. While I may not be good at one thing, that doesn’t mean that I am bad at everything.

◆It is said that, ” If we educate a man, we educate a man only, but if we educate a woman we educate the whole nation.” Share your views on this.

• Yes it is rightly said because with her education, not only she will be benefited, she will spread the light of education all around her. She will teach her brothers, sisters, neighbors, and other adults.
Women can never see her children go uneducated. She will be most insistent upon sending her children to school be it even at the cost of her hobbies, interests or even stomach. This is because she appreciates the importance of education. So with an educated mother, we ‘can safely assume that we have most effective motivator for the spread of education.

“Girls are the future mothers of any society. Every girl that receives an education is more likely to make education a priority for her children. It’s a ripple effect of positive change in the community and country.”

What’s your superpower and in what way would you best use it?

• My superpower is that I am able to be calm and positive even in the face of adversity.
It helps me in taking right decisions in my life.

According to you, what hinders the active participation of girls in education sector even after such development?

• Every day, girls face barriers to education caused by poverty, cultural norms and practices, poor infrastructure, violence and fragility.
Girls’ education goes beyond getting girls into school. It is also about ensuring that girls learn and feel safe while in school.

What’s the most important lesson you have learned and how it has changed you life?

•I learned that people don’t care about you. And I also understood that I had to get used to this fact. I would always think that people care. And to be honest, some people might including your family and very close friends. But many times people whom we thought would care; wouldn’t. So understand such people and don’t invest your time in them. Invest in yourself and everything else will fall in line.

Even today women are looked down at and do not get equality in certain platforms… Do you think it’s the sickness of the society?

•There is still a long way to go to achieve full equality of rights and opportunities between men and women. It is essential to achieve equal opportunities in access to employment and to positions of leadership and decision-making at all levels.

●Women are not effective leaders is often what we hear. But you proved yourself by being a perfect example to- leadership is not mere a function of the gender of an individual rather the competencies and qualities that he/ she possess. Would you like to say something?

• To all those who thinks this, they should see all of those women leaders who are setting examples in the politics whether it’s Smriti Irani in lok sabha elections or Nirmala Sitaraman. I myself proved in DUSU elections by contesting against all the 4 Male candidates that Women’s are effective.

We always talk about women empowerment, this is what an empowered women is. It’s not the matter of gender , it’s about virtuosity.

◆According to you what is the practical way to heal the sick mentality of people?

•If you want other
people to change, start with yourself and make sure the things you want them to change about themselves are things you do effectively yourself.

What advice would you like to give to the upcoming youth to be good leaders?

•Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate, and doubt to offer a solution everybody can understand.
And use power to drive Change.

◆Would to like to adress something to girls?

• Be that strong girl that everyone knew would make it through the worst. Be that fearless girl the one would dare to do anything. Be that independent girl, who doesn’t need a man. Be that girl who never backed down.

The future is waiting for women to take on any leadership role where they feel they can contribute to society. The world as we know it is changing, and now is the time to evolve a new generation with higher expectations of what women can do. The critical challenge here is for women to believe in themselves and encourage other women to do so, as well.

Without women, the world has no future. It’s an obvious sentence that needs to be repeated.
